Peace with Food- Halloween Challenge 10/24-10/31/18

I am so glad you are going to be in the Peace with Food- Halloween Challenge!

We are going to have a great time together. I am confident you will learn about what drives you to emotionally overeat. Here is some important information for you to know.

  • We officially start Wednesday 10/24 and the Halloween Challenge runs until 10/31.
  • We will meet weekdays on Zoom. You and me talking for about a half hour. I will take questions, give encouragement and guidance. You are not alone! Zoom is a platform designed to help people meet and interact virtually. You can attend over the computer or call in through your phone. You will be live on the video,  but you can X out the video component, if you want. I will send you the links to the Zoom Room on the day of each call. You do not have to attend live, because it will be recorded. I strongly recommend you listen live or schedule time in your calendar to listen daily.

Daily Guidelines: 

  1. Notice Hungry/Full and allow it to guide you.
  2. Take 5 deep breaths before each meal.
  3. Practice the Behavior Buster given to you each day in our call (it is also posted with Zoom call and on Facebook.
  4. Use Postive Affirmation I give you each day: 3x a day (maybe at each meal!).
