You will receive in your email 2 emails a week with learning information, practice information and encouragement. You will start getting the emails in a day. You can plan on a day a week to listen to the audio and learn from the modules. Once you get the first email you can expect to get one every 3-4 days.
Here is how you can get ready:
Set aside time each week to listen to the calls.
Set aside time to write.
Keep the momentum going and move forward with the modules. If you get stuck, just know that is a place for you to come back to. Don’t stop the movement.
